The hotel itself was stunning and the architecture was impressive. the location was also great, as it was in a quiet area yet still close to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the couples' massage was a nice touch.
The staff's poor English and lack of knowledge, which resulted in wrong orders and difficulty communicating. the smell of sewage in the room was unpleasant and made it hard to relax.

The hotel's interior design is stunning and gives a luxurious feeling to the place. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Another great aspect was the variety of breakfast options provided.
The staff's limited English proficiency made it challenging to communicate effectively and resulted in some ordering mix-ups. there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms that detracted from the overall comfort level.

The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic with impressive facilities. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. Some rooms had great views of the surrounding area. Breakfast offered a range of options. Despite some issues with communication, staff were generally friendly and accommodating.
There were some concerns with room noise and odor control, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the room advantages were incredible, with private facilities and stunning decor. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the service was top-notch and attentive.
the English skills and knowledge of the staff were poor, making it difficult to understand the food and order correctly.
